*Each country has a set flat rate shipping value, meaning, the amount/weight or size of the order would not affect the postage fees. Postage delivery time varies and may take longer during holiday seasons.

Processing Your Order

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we start processing orders daily. If your order is received on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll process your order the very next business day. This ensures your order will be shipped to you in the quickest possible time.

Packing Your Order

We treat every order with as much care as possible. Each squishy will always come in their original packaging and inspected before packed. We then place it inside a shipping box with bubble wrap to ensure we minimise the movement. We want to try our best to get your squishy in the best condition possible even when the couriers are rough with the packages.

Shipping Your Order

For all Australian orders, we use Auspost secure eParcel service.  If you are not home when the package arrives, Australia Post will provide a Collect Card for the nearest Post Office.

For international orders, we use DHL eCommerce service. Once your order has arrived to the country’s destination, it is then passed on to your local postal courier.

In the rare event that your order can’t be shipped, we will notify you asap with the email provided.

Tracking your Order

All orders will receive a confirmation email with details to track your order. You’ll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking to be updated.

For international orders, once your order arrives to your country, you can use your tracking number to track it with your local postal service.

For example, if you live in the U.S. and your tracking on DHL says it has arrived to the U.S. You can use to have a more detailed tracking using the same tracking numbers.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel or change your order, for any reason, please email us ASAP at [email protected]. Please provide us with your name and order number.
