Each country has a set flat rate shipping value, meaning, the amount/weight or size of the order would not affect the postage fees. Airmail does not come with tracking. Registered shipping comes with step by step tracking.
We accept PayPal and bank deposits.
- 2-5 business days within Australia
- Express shipping for ONLY within Australia 1-3 days
- 7-14 days for all international shipping, sometimes during busy seasons it can take up to 1 month.
We aim to process your orders within 2-3 working days. Orders will only be sent out when payment has been made. An order will automatically get cancelled after 30 minutes if payment has not been made and you could risk losing the items in your cart.
Customers outside Australia may also be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.
All sales are final, therefore we do not accept any returns. In any rare cases where a buyer would like to return any goods. It is the customer's responsibility for postage costs of returning the item. We recommend using registered mail to return items in the case of lost or stolen goods.
We always double check our products before shipping them out to our customers to ensure that the quality of the products are in great condition. Manufacturing defects in squishies are very common, we are not responsible for any defects as the squishies are received the way they are from suppliers. Issues such as tiny air bubbles, or small defects are not compliant with our terms for any refunds.
We would state on the products page if there are any visible defects such as big tears, rips or any other obvious faults. If there are obvious defects on your squishies, please contact us within 48 hours of when the package has arrived. We apologise for the short time frame as it is used to reduce the amount of fraudulent claims.
