How much does it cost to ship outside of Australia?
Each country has a set flat rate shipping value, meaning, the amount/weight or size of the order would not affect the postage fees. Airmail does not come with tracking. Registered shipping comes with step by step tracking. Free shipping also applies world wide for all orders over $150 AUD
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept PayPal and bank deposits.
How long will delivery take?
- 2-5 business days within Australia
- Express shipping for ONLY within Australia 1-3 days
- 7-14 days for all international shipping, sometimes during busy seasons it can take up to 1 month.
How long would it take for my order to be processed?
We aim to process your orders within 2-3 working days. Orders will only be sent out when payment has been made. An order will automatically get cancelled after 30 minutes if payment has not been made and you could risk losing the items in your cart.
How do you deal with custom tax?
Customers outside Australia may also be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.
I would like to return an item.
All orders are finalized, therefore we do not accept any returns. In any rare cases where a buyer would like to return any goods. You will be responsible for postage costs of returning the item. We recommend using registered mail to return items incase of lost or stolen goods.
What if I receive a defected item?
Defected squishies are very common, we are not responsible for any defects as the squishies are received the way they are from suppliers. Issues such as tiny air bubbles, or small defects are not compliant with our terms for any refunds. We would state on the products page if there are any visible defects such as big tears, rips or any other obvious faults. Please refer to our terms and conditions on our refund policy.
How does the rewards system work?
For every order placed, you will earn points. $1 = 1 point Every points earned can be used towards your future orders for discounts. For every 20 points you will receive $1 off. You may keep track of your points in "my account" You may receive points using other methods such as: Creating an account with us - 20 points and leaving comments and ratings on the products you purchase. 2 points
